DELIVERY METHOD
Our deliveries will usually be made by Fan Courier or Sameday, with the option to receive the ordered products at any address in Romania.
DO WE DELIVER TO ADDRESSES WHERE SEVERAL OWNERS LIVE?
In the event that a delivery will be made to an address with multiple tenants, you have acknowledged that the order delivery service offered by us is carried out to an address with multiple tenants mentioned in your order, meaning that a delivery may be received by a third party.
Deliveries to certain areas that are not easily accessible (such as mountainous regions at high altitude, etc.) will be made to the nearest city. After that, you are responsible for arranging delivery to your exact location. This service may be subject to an additional fee.
DELIVERY TIME
The standard delivery time is 48 hours for business days and is calculated from the moment the ordered products are shipped from our warehouses. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. The delivery time may be delayed, due to the courier company or adverse weather conditions, accidents or road blocks.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you are unable to receive the delivered items, you will be contacted by the courier representative for a maximum of two delivery attempts, within a 5-day period. The package will then be returned to us.
CHECK PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT
Regarding the receipt of packages, we advise customers to check the apparent condition of the packages upon delivery. In the event of a problem (damaged or missing packaging):
- you must check the physical integrity of the packages upon receipt, in the presence of the courier, and in the event of any irregularities, request the submission of a damage report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered
- you must describe the condition of the refused package in detail on the delivery note/AWB
- you must have the carrier's signature on the delivery note/AWB
In the event that the delivery does not comply with your order, we will send you the missing/damaged products as soon as possible or will refund you, depending on your choice.
The delivery of the products will be made at the entrance to your premises (apartment, yard, office building, etc.). The courier representative is not obliged to unpack/assemble/place the products in various places in your premises.
DELIVERY COST
The standard delivery cost is 30 lei. Sometimes it may differ depending on the weight/volume of the products, the destination city or the courier company through which the delivery is made. The shipping cost is displayed on the order page, separately from the product cost.
